As far as Im aware yes. I use it in my own games but its been a couple of months since I last played. Certainly updated from the last LCD and script update, I don't see any reason why it would have broken since then.

Updated to work with multiple LCD blocks, eg cockpits

This is a modification of my shields lcd script - this version has limited display for small lcds, no details section, it also has font size not set and this is controlled from lcd.
Please see the main shields lcd script for further details.
