I was so happy when they removed this but here it is tempting me to bring it back.

@dninemfive I can look at patching that in. I agree that was always irritating!

@keylocke Tornadoes in B19 were broken in specific circumstances - the one I experienced (and which made me turn it off with scenarios in subsequent games) was that it could go through thick stone roofs and unexplored areas, causing shittons of problems and fucking up the interior of your mountain base.

@pyrce You should probably add a Harmony hook to dissipate the tornado if it enters an unexplored tile or one with a thick stone roof. I was planning to do it in B18 but, you know, update.
