I would say use the Original, but since the Original uses a Shader that honestly look like ♥♥♥♥ i see ur Point. Maybe i make a better Version one Day.

Agreed. A wooden stock and pump version would be even better !

I like it as I like original, but with GGX shaders it is better. Wish model was more pushed away, but that can be done with other mods (fov change). I like black colour because most of M1897 were black ones, but wish same model with more wooden slide and buttstock. It just would make it more real. It is cool though. Good work.

I mean, I guess If someone made a "modernized" M1897, that's probably what it would look like. So even though it might not really exist, it's still a cool thing to have in game because it does look ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gorgeous.
