They are worried that someone might make a mod that is even more innapropriate than what is already in the game as the game is mature, so most of the players and mod authors are mature, and so someone who isn't actually in the age range for the game might see something innapropriate because mod authors wanted to add more mature content to the game.

It's not Valve's fault, the inapropriate recognition & censorship softwares (there are two) will improve over time. If you want to blame someone, then blame Google or Amazon, because they made each respective software, but the softwares are fairly new, so it's unfair to blame someone for it.

not only is it NOT Steam doing the censoring, it's not even because of the mod itself.
obviously you all can still view and download the mod.
it's just something related to the screenshots the authors use that is triggering the bots.
amazon and/or google is finding something in the screenshots authors use.

This addon is definitly mean for a public adult, It promote drinking Orange Juice, Orange Juice actually have an energetic benefit to the corps, in the hand of a young child, too mutch Orange Juice could conduct to an overdrive if the energy is not rapidly eleminated.
