how would I make this work with reformed pagan religions? Going from 20 concubines to 4 is kinda lame but understandable if its not covered by this mod.

I have returned and checking the mods I had installed and found out that it's not compatible with Heir designation for everyone, since that mod changed the religions to allow heir designation. Disabled that mod and now it seems to work.
