Appearance Manager has lots of issues and bad code, recognised by the author himself and he claims won't fix due to too much work needed.

This mod in comparison despite being in BETA, is working perfectly on latest game version, so no, I do not recommend using that mod over this one.

It seems to not be saving my uniforms if I save and exit the game without finishing a mission first. Peculiar.

I love this mod, but recently I’ve noticed that not all of my newest outfits save. The mod also does not let you save outfits for SPARKs.

I wish someone could create an updated fork of this mod. Would be sweet!

I'm currently using LWOTC ModJam with 700+ mods (most of them are cosmetics) and I had big issues with Uniform Manager, until I moved it at the end of the load order.
Now it seems to work correctly.

Excellent mod, for me it works perfectly with LWOTC. One question: where are the uniform lists saved when Exporting? I don't want to delete them accidentally in case of formatting/cleaning up the PC.

@kanji: The saving, deleting, retrieving to and from the array has verifiable and replicable bugs in it. Deleting after loading and then saving again is a good way to test. This will render your game unable to save any new uniforms from that point forward. It's a common array issue in coding.

@litcube it is not broken for me.. It works perfectly for LW2... Couldn't test it in WOTC though because of the duplicate ID thing.

@Dragon32 I was using the AML but i was not aware of this prefer duplicate thing. If I retake my WOTC campaign i will give it a go.

Question: Does this mod allow you to set a uniform in that if you start a new campaign, those soldiers on gatecrasher will be using that uniform?
If so, how?

I'm still using https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=619905919 because It Just Works, but it doesn't keep accesory slots of WotC in mind.

Works fine, but breaks Commander's Choice, unfortunately.

Acceptable workaround: Disable uniform manager, promote your soldiers to the classes you want to promote to, enable uniforms. Sadly... you will indeed lose saved uniforms.

If this gets an update, the only request I have, is to remove uniform changes on highlighting of the uniform list; it needs to be a click, as it's too easy to override someone's uniform before their current one gets saved.

I have all of the big unlimited customization mods (Community Highlander, Unrestricted Customization, Add Part Names, etc.) Is this going to play nice with those? Because I absolutely love the idea of this mod, but there is no way I'm giving those up. Not after god-knows-how-many hours in making my character pool.

I've had this issue for quite some time as well - even with the Templars and the Reapers.

All of their cosmetic armor (including the Skirmishers,) comes back so long as I have atleast ONE member of their faction present in my crew roster. I don't know why that is, but I hope having that Skirmisher missing (just recruit another one) in your roster is what's causing your issue.
