Question.

1. The control panel on the first floor of the laser tower. I'm able to interact with it, but what does it do?

When you press the button in the tower, it should say "Attention: Transport singularity interlock sequence engaged." and then the room is lit by a red light followed by an alarm sound. This is the correct spawning process.

Sometimes the button can get confused and send the cancel tornado command first before the tornado has spawned. The cancel tornado sound is: "Warning: Counter-resonant singularity". If the red light turns off, and the laser that goes into the sky is gone, the Tornado will despawn. (This can sometimes leave the particle effects. Press the button again and it should remove them when it spawns again)

The tornado seems to be invisible for some people (likely due to conflicting textures in other addons) so to check if the tornado spawns put some props just past the blue garage as that is where the tornado first spawns.

ima use this for war i think it would be a alot more cooler to have sdc or seals soldiers getting sucked up

when i press the button, the tornado appears, but there is no particle, its invisible, help

the particles that make up the tornado are still there when I turn off said tornado

I have checked the map and there are no missing textures. Any missing textures that you find are likely caused by another addon sharing the same texture path. This could be why some people can't see the tornado. (That or they just aren't activating it via the control panel in the tower.)

A solution is to check any addons that overwrite existing textures and disable them to find out which ones conflict. Giving feedback here as to which ones would be helpful for other people.

Do you have Gdisasters Autospawn? It removes ]tornadoes from a map that has a tornado or tornadoes

There is a button in one of the buildings you press to active it. The tower with a laser. If that doesn't work, the download might have broken, and you need to delete the addon from your files, and then resub to it.

This map is great. I like all of these things to interact with. My favourite building is the Bank.
Sadly, the tornado is invisible. Is there a way to fix it?

The tornado isn't invisible, it's very clearly there. If you have a shitty PC and have particle effects off then that's your problem.
