Frost - by all means - was supposed to be a light gray stallion. This mod, while it performs exceptionally well, makes Frost a very blanched and bright white. In the shade, he looks much better, but his black muzzle is much too dark.
A softer gray without the harsh line between his nostrils would have been better; since light gray horses have black skin, around his eyes, lower legs, and underbelly should have had gray to show the finer hair.
As an albino, Frost would have pink skin instead, with blue eyes. These are merely suggestions, not demands.
I do like that you've created this mod, since a white Frost is in high demand, but I think he's too white, especially in sunlight.

Didn't work for me. Might be because of Improved Horses mod but I actually lost the chance to get him anyway so it doesn't truly matter. I prefer Shadowmere anyways. Just bringing this up in case someone else uses the Improved Horses mod :P

I've been using this mod since ... well, pretty much when I started Skyrim =D I favor this over Shadowmere, who's destined just stand in that pond where he spawned

But I can't help but be a bit annoyed by one thing, that saddle. Whenever you're running and jumping that strap in front of horse is clipping trought leg muscles. There are mods that allow you to change saddle of horses, but they are equipped with way too much random crap, making you look like riding merchant or caravan, not mercenary riding to battle

Finally! A Frost worth stealing. :D The quest makes much more sense now. This is the way he should have been all along.

could you create a mod that stops the front horse straps on certain horses saddles from phasing through? i didn't notice it until i looked at the front of your model of frost (very nice mod by the way) and noticed parts of the straps going through the horse. It may seem small to others but it takes the fun out of riding horses with those saddles for me. could you please help out? i'd appreciate it greatly.

Great mod, Frost looks really frosty now, but: The new saddle seems to be missing; my frost still has the old saddle. How can I fix this? :(

If Frost is dead, try open the console and then type 'player.placeatme 00097E1E 1', that should spawn you new Frost

If you can't find Frost, search from youtube 'Skyrim Promises to keep', you should find walktrought of that quest

(I have the absolute worst luck with horses)
Now I invincible horses but I wanted to use this Mod - Is there a way to get Frost back?

@Mastercat - if he does that, then I actually have to start looking where I'm going. Gravity doesn't like me in Skyrim. Maybe a second mod based on this without immortality - but for the love of god have mercy and keep this one the same. 8 )

Would it be possible to get that white Frost mod without 'immortality'? Because I have mod called 'Invulnerable unique horses' which makes Frost and Shadowmere really invulnerable, they don't even die when falling from cliff, but 'your' Frostier Frost does that, and now my 'invulnerable unique horses' won't work with Frost. I still dont want to unsub neither of these mods, because I really like that white skin

@BaronVonCandySlip and @sammie.stripe --- Frost, is a unique mout earned from the Side Quest: Promises to Keep, which you get in Riften. You are tasked to steal the horse for someone else - but can choose to either give the man the horse, use Persuasion or Intimidation to keep the horse, kill the man or simply ride off with the horse. If you simply ride off without talking to the man - the quest doesn't close and the horse will leave after you dismount, returning to the lodge you stole him from. Hope this helps.
