Sadly the background/board piece is missing so its all white. Apparently it had stuff on it needed?

I probably should have thought of the supply drops but that didn't cross my mind for some reason. Thanks for the detailed answer.

It is actually possible to win as early as round 3 ( on the 5th event card). If two supply drops happen to be next to eachother, it can result in less than 3 condition card penalties very early on. Such as in this screenshot: psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1510143739

Similarly, if white event cards are very spread out, it can potentially be impossible to win until round 7 (the second-to-last event card). Such as in this screenshot: psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1510144574

Havnt had the chance to play it yet but is it possible to win sooner than in the last 4 event cards? Since 2 of those cards are blank it basically means theres always less than 3 conditions when you do the situation outside check.

Make sure to read the FAQ in the Notebook; this will hopefully minimise common rules mistakes.
