If your having the issue of the NPCs not targeting anything, you can download this mod called LUA Patcher: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2403043112
It seemed to at least fix the targeting issue. it still has a load of errors but it at least makes it playable

There is a problem with the animations of both the Germans and the Americans they for some reason are using the wrong animations and when they are using the emplacements they make the animation as if they were hit while aiming and worst of all the only issue I've had in the console is that VJ base also had a MP40 like the germans so yeah I need some help (I tried installing like DOI stuff like content to try and fix it but it won't work)

If the author works more faster, he might be able to finish their future plans
