You’re supposed to use advanced bone tool on the leggings themselves, not the ragdoll, and use the invisible material on the underwear. Once you’ve bone merged the leggings, then you can use advanced bone tool on the ragdoll’s legs (excluding feet). Check my latest artwork for an example of that.

Actually, none of your suggestions helped at all...It's not just the thighs that get clipped through...whenever I uses the ragdoll mover for the legs or thighs...say I used the leggings on a female inkling...whenever I move it...the WHOLE LEG is clipping through...ALL OF THE LEG...Is this an inkling or the incredible hulk?...Invisible material and Advanced bone tool don't fix anything!....If they were programmed to be adjusted with the face poser, this would solve everything!

You can use the Advanced Bone Tool to modify the size of the leggings so it doesn’t clip. Hope that helps!

well unfortunely you have to though, i wish you can still do that too, but can't, the only way i know how to fix it is by the advance bone tool or the invisible material

And don't tell me to use the invisible material, aesthetically it looks like crap

I used it once and already I noticed problems...Especially with the leggings...The Thighs and hips clip through them the instant they're bonemerged with an enhanced inkling....Why can't I use the face poser to adjust the size of the underclothing?...Why does NO ONE ever get that....EVERYONE who has posted the underclothing at some point has NEVER understood that

There are some leggings I can't spawn. Those being girl_long_skirt and octo_leggings. Hopefully that's fixed. And again, sorry for bothering you about it.
