if you want press key do this :
1. open cosnole by enabling it in garrys option
2 write bind (here set key what you want ) !toggnvg
3 and done comand should be like this :
bind g !toggnvg

@Dragoteryx Seeing an issue with the console command "togglenvg" and its chat derivative not functioning, the console won't even detect the command and auto finish it, there a fix for this?

pretty good, but the overlay has some pretty bad compression artifacts on the edges of the circle. idk if this is intentional or not
