and why He Should't includes Finland? I understand that He misunderstanding the term "Nordic" and "Scandinavia". But why you seem so butthurt about that? Just get over it man!

Otherwise i like couple mods you made but seriously adding Baltic countries+Finland on Scandinavain pack is just being disrespectful towards nations,their culture and history.
This very disrespectful towards Finland by adding Finland on pack called Scandinavia this pack should only include Scandinavian countries NOT Finland or otherwise rename the pack Nordic Countries.
