I respect what you've done and have a ton of your assets, but these tend to take over low level, single household suburbs so I'm going to remove them.

I see. I really wish I could get the local save to work with the RICO settings on the building because I love both the population mod as well as this asset and many others that it is doing that with. Do you not use the real population mod in your cities?

@robertmoney it's not a conflict, but it's the way real population works, it calculates the inside space of the 3d model, it doesn't always calculates the building size accurately, so you get numbers that are off sometimes.

Awesome asset as always Leo. I'm noticing that this is only showing as housing one household in my city. Is there a conflict with the realist population and consumption mods? I tried to mess with that using a local save in the RICO settings, but had no luck increasing the value.

Hey KingLeno. This is an amazing asset you made, like always. However I'll be unsubscribing from it. I just wanted to let you know that the building pops up when I zone residential, which I don't like. Anyways love your work.

@hakkosa lol, had no idea. since the popularization of vegan, maybe (Las) Vegans should consider a different spelling. But obviously I'm not from here (actually on vacation here right now), I just love to visit.

KingLeno i meant you're from Vegas. that's what we call people from Las Vegas as Vegan, pronunced a bit different like vaay-gan:)

I think he meant 'Vegan' as a way to say you're from Las Vegas. Either way, these units look fantastic and I appreciate the work you're doing to make my industrialized areas look more varied.

@hakan_saribal huh? why would I be a vegan? I just made up this name. but in doing a quick search for Spanish Oaks Apartments, a lot of them look worse than this. But these are actually pretty moderate looking in-game and not run down looking. I've just decorated them that way

i see you're a Vegan:) i hate this buildings. in fact, spanish oaks apartments are kinda nice and expensive, not this ones. theyre the cheapest option i guess? used live in one of them, dont want to anymore. however, they're crucial for a Vegas theme, though! good job
