Oddly these spawn as 4x2 with huge grass lawns for me

@Imperishable NEET you can always change assets with tools available like the asset editor. also you can control what buildings spawns with mods

Nice enough building but it spawns at too low a level, like right after I start a city and zone my first residential low. Not a fan of the high grass taking up a bunch of space, either.

Love the look of them, but for some reason they are spawning away from the street without any walkways.

I love it a little sad as my current building looks identical to these which is a bit of a personal crisis

@pinoricki thanks. I'm not from the north, so I wouldn't be too familiar with the specific architecture of those cities. From what I've seen on the workshop however, there appears to be several creators and collections that fit what you describe

Dear King, congrats for all your mods.
I wonder how it is possible that in cities skylines thare are a lot of mods except the typical and traditional mid density res houses like in North Philadelphia or Chicago or in Europe in Stuttgart.
Do you have any explanation... it would be all another story with such assets
