I think so? IDK its been years. If you change the file name, change the name as well inside the upl file. Make sure they match.

Vanilla might add that Golden Dar in the character roster but can't actually be selected.

Yes, yes you do, its not a custom character, its simply a reskin. A majority of the time, reskins are usually applyed on the base character unless other wise stated.

IF you dont have DAR and would like this Golden DAR over someone else, you can just leave a comment on who you want it over and i will get you a new file.

I am unable to "fix" that due to how the game is coded.
The arm textures are in, but i need to make a new .u which will remove perk progression/achievement unlocking from your game.

it works perfectly but you need to fix the hands because they are still white
