Imperial Courts Public Housing

I always feel weird putting more than like 6 or 8 of the same building in the same area, but I just looked up the actual Imperial Courts these are (perfectly) modeled after and there are literally EIGHTY SIX of these buildings all right next to each other, plus one smaller building that looks similar but is maybe a public bathroom for a little playground there. Mentioning in case it helps anyone else feel freer about using a bunch of these =)

I find it funny that nobody wants to move into these places.

My grandma lived in the Nickerson Gardens and I lived in the Pueblo del rio Housing project This is pretty awesome

omg The Suites lol
hellfiremonroe 26. Jan. 2020 um 19:17
@KingLeno Oh fair enough. Is there a way to pare it down or copy it to just a core functional section (e.g. the Strip)? If not, no worries. It just seems really cool.
KingLeno  [Autor] 12. Jan. 2020 um 3:39
@hellfiremonroe nah, it's terrible outside the parts shown on video, has 3,000 assets, half of those are local assets and half of the local files haven't been released/aren't in releasable condition
hellfiremonroe 11. Jan. 2020 um 22:05
@KingLeno Hey man, big fan of your assets. Can you share the game save from Paradise Valley in the video? I live in Vegas, and it'd be awesome to get to play in my city on here. I don't think I'm good enough to recreate it myself :/

This looks like Washington Avenue and MLK Jr Blvd in Las Vegas lol
LemonsterOG 27. Dez. 2019 um 12:26
Agreed. Thanks.:ap_reallyhappy:
KingLeno  [Autor] 27. Dez. 2019 um 12:03
@lemonsterog hey, no need to make the same comment more than once, eh?
LemonsterOG 27. Dez. 2019 um 11:09
@KingLeno Is there any chance a non-RICO version of these can be created? I use Ploppable RICO, but I'd like these to be able to grow.
KingLeno  [Autor] 11. Jul. 2019 um 5:23
@lotherius no, there's nothing in particular about these assets. Could be RICO, idk. You van remove the RICO strings tho
lotherius 10. Jul. 2019 um 21:37
Is there a reason that this dezones the residential areas it grows onto? It basicaly acts like a ploppable even when it grows. Maybe others do this too but this one is taking over my city.
Scorsio 22. Jan. 2019 um 18:50
Have you considered doing a Los Angeles themed residential house? Maybe something between Compton & East Los Angeles?

KingLeno  [Autor] 31. Okt. 2018 um 14:04
@_E no, most growables have an appropriate number because size is limited to 4x4. The ones that aren't you can just use RICO. These particular buildings have RICO settings, so not sure why a population mod would override that, but then again, idk because I don't use population mods
Autisum 31. Okt. 2018 um 9:26
I'm aware of that, but I'm too lazy to plop every single building in the city. Or do you mean that I can also change the values of the growable version of the building?
KingLeno  [Autor] 31. Okt. 2018 um 8:57
@_E no, with RICO you can set any building to have whatever population you want
Autisum 31. Okt. 2018 um 8:53
Sorry, English is not my first language so I didn't quite get the first part. And apologises if I sounded rude. But to the the population mods, while they indeed are stupid often, they are the only way to stop having 4-5+ families living in a house the size of a shed as far as I know
KingLeno  [Autor] 31. Okt. 2018 um 8:26
@_E use mods to make it whatever you want, then read through comments on other apartments complaining about them being high density residential. and don't use population mods, the way the numbers are calculated are stupid
Autisum 31. Okt. 2018 um 8:23
Agree on this, it should be high-rise too! As if you use population mods it will only have one household
srmacpherson 23. Aug. 2018 um 17:07
Level 1?
it arrives in my towns as a single family residence when i have under 300 people.
even with the population mod.

Is there a way I can change this on my own?
Scorsio 23. Aug. 2018 um 7:23
