The API is likely down, it's been years since I made this addon. I'm surprised it lasted this long.

Hello, I don't know if you would be able to do this in future updates, but, the possibility to choose different voice settings such as
Dr Sbaitso.

If anyone is familiar, they'll know what I'm talking about, for others: SCP 079's voice is made with Dr Sbaitso's TTS Program ,which was made in 1991.

it's a free API with a daily limit, I had to do it this way.
also so children don't spam the hell out of it on public servers

I can hear it just fine on the YouTube video. My game volume is low if that's your concern.

yes? if the point of this addon is to convey the fact that you're offering an audible text-to-speech feature in the game, it should be heard clearly

We actually had something like this coded on an old server I used to play on called Braxnet Online. It's not around anymore but we had a Text to speech function that produced some pretty...interesting results

unfortunately that's how I need to have it right now.
I only have one API set up right now which has an hourly query limit so I need to limit players from sending too many otherwise the script will not work for everyone.
I will soon be adding more APIs to the script so users can select which API to use which will allow for many more queries to be sent.
