If on windows just open the zip and copy it over, if not you might need to unarchive the mod, paste it, then re-archive.

Not sure if I can link the patch I have on GDrive, but there's a missed closing " that throws a bunch of errors and is a pretty easy fix. If you check your error log in the Documents folder it'll say exactly where.

Probably what causes the issue people are having.

for some reason when I type in add_artifact antiquities_of_the_jews_a_4
I get "invalid artifact" it's the same with add_artifact ystrad_clud

artifacts_script.info file seems unnecessary and is overwriting vanilla when it probably shouldn't

"indestructible = yes" should also imo be added to all artifacts

@whitetigerrr I think that your problem is with the 'university' mod. The books that it adds give 0.5 (and they go to the 'study' slot, instead of the library slot)

I have found a typo in "common/artifacts/03_bibliophile_stats_books.txt" line 2643. The string for the picture of 'antiquities_of_the_jews_a_3' is not closed. I have fixed it locally and it seems to have fixed a lot of the errors from error.log. Could you please patch it in the main mod?

@XDbored can you try the above? you just need to add a " to the end of the line to close the string

Everytime I translate a book looted from a siege, it has 0 benefit? I have around 6-7 books right now offering nothing. Is that normal?

I'm just going to do it now. It'll make all books go in the library slot, but no stat tweaks. Don't expect any substantial updates just yet - I've been really looking forward to Holy Fury so I'll be diving in and playing vanilla for a while.

Your problem is probably elsewhere then. This mod changes no base game files. Purely additive and very narrow in scope - not in any areas to do with bloodlines or wars - deliberately so as to ensure compatibility.

This mod needs an update for Holy Fury it causes a bug that makes a blank bloodline screen pop up when at war.

Patch notes: "-Book-type artifacts can no longer be stacked indefinitely, characters can now have max 4 books active at once (Library equipment slot)"

In other words, you can play harder with making these books more powerful if you wished. :)

I'll drop some stats and ensure papal bulls and a few other things can't spawn on the Pope. You'll have to tell me after I next update whether it does the trick.

I like this mod and the sheer amount of items you´ve implemented. However, while playing with this mod its practically impossible to aquire taxes from the bishops since the pope have got a silly amount of religious books and chronicles. So he has permanent 100 relations with the church folk. Have you considered lowering the temple vassal opinion? Perhaps 5 or so instead of 10, seeing as the opinion stack with other books

Not sure if you knew or not, but the piety and prestige percentage modifiers on the various thrones in this mod don't work. According to the wiki, that type of modifier doesn't work on artifacts.

As far as i know it should be compatible with everything. And in the event that any given artifact spawn is disrupted by map changes or something (unlikely as they tend to be additive) the worst that can happen is it just won't spawn.

Yeah. This changes no base files afaik. Maximal compatibility with everything. Roman Aquila is from this mod. For an *almost* complete list see the ^Current List^ up there.

@Planet of the Sapes As far as I know all relevant artifacts do work with WtWSMS? And yes different croziers spawn at different start dates, but they do retain the form of their start date.
@Fyodord Bug I'd say.
