Its just a boilerplate note that a lot of workshop addons (and not just Ravenfield ones) list because of sites that reupload workshop mods
You are not allowed to, share, decompile or modify the files of this mod. 3rd party hosting through websites is allowed as long as the download link sends you to this steam workshop page and the page is not monetized through ads, direct file links are not allowed. Infringement of warning posted above, will cause to legal actions from our side.

They literally can do nothing to you because the map uses assets from packs, they have no copyright to this, they have no "legal" grounds to get you on if you decompile and mod it, the *most* they can do is try to take down whatever version you upload, and steam won't listen to their bullshit if you change it enough lmao.
