Sorry, i don't know what else to say to you, this is a common problem with big addons like this one (almost 100 mb), apparently gmod struggles to download big addons. A combination of restarting the game, resubscribing to the addon, using "menu_cleanupgmas" in the console, checking for unifinished downloads in the steam queue might fix it.

The red , standart generator is missing I think, also, maybe some of the basic clutter and objects you usually loop the killers around, stuff you could use for worldbuilding in pictures. Also, maybe the hatch, exit gates and event objects
