A bug causes water pipes to appear in the electric-tab

Theres a bug with this mod, (or a compatibility issue) It changes the cell grades from showing all 15 to just 10 and I couldnt raise the cell grade because of that

This mod contains way more than needed and thus it can give compatibility problems with other mods allthough nobody expects that. Please remove all definitions from the materials.txt except the altered cctv definition, it's the only one needed to be inside here.

The entire mod is suppossed to make CCTVs be able to be placed above some objects, like table for instance... Do you think that when a table is somewhere, that a CCTV cant go above it because a table is there already ?
