well i love a lot of callouts but sometimes i miss something.....
one of those things is for sample:

factory fire with or without injuries
firetruck/police car/ambulance fire (can happen due technical issues)
fire/EMS/Police station & other facilities assistent/emergency callouts like fire/hack/lockdown/injuries during training in emergency facilities
panic button fire ems police callouts
arson/arson investigation callouts

what im trying to say is even an emergency facility can be in need of fire/ems or police assistents
its pretty realistic

sample: almost 10 years ago an firestation in the netherlands in a little town was set on fire by arson without a reason

in america there are firehouse fires due technical issues
hospitals going in lockdown when there is an hack or something else
gangs walk into police stations and prison to release there buddies

I believe that the search mechanic from SaR DLC is available in the vanilla game now? At least it was when I disabled my SaR, but not sure if it'd still remember the files or not.
