Freddy i think i have a good mod idea for you but i don't have a clue how to do it
I would try to do something like a invasion by small countries where you have to put all of your police force into fighting back for a in game week straight until american military punch trough enemy lines. while you have to help civilians with situations like end of the world type riots trying to rob people for food, Helping civilians who got stuck under rubble, or helping a someone who is actually bait for ambush. You know stuff people would do in a would do in a wasteland. making it feel like they want to live.

i know it sounds like absolute madness but i think you should add some things to even it out like bad Rep has no side effects,Ect
