You can find the resources for CS:S easily for free. I'm not gonna post download links here as I don't exactly know how valve feels about that sort of thing. But if you're so strapped for cash that you can't afford a $10 game, look up CS:S resource packs on the internet.

It has AI nodes, but the pathing is a bit broken. Still working on that. I have very little experience with hammer so I'm learning as I go.
