See last screenshot. This mod does what is intended, no wet slick. If there are problems with your sandstorm, they are probably not a result of this mod. There is a player on my server whom somehow gets admin rights (though a hack I would imagine) and has been causing all kinds of mayhem from bombing the server to killer sandstorm in player start.

Doh, just got a report from a player on my server that the sandstorms are broken. Going to recommend not using this mod until I can figure this out... what was a simple table change has now become a weird bug.

I just got the "invisible sandstorms" effect noted on page 2 of the thread, is that happening to anyone else still? I really enjoyed the removal of the wetness effect that was really a drag inside buildings, but others on my server wanted the sandstorms so I had to revert. Just checking to see if others experienced this too still or if it was some fluke perhaps?

I just had a thought about how to maybe actually fix the wetness issue. Would it be possible to tye the wetness slider or what ever it is to the Shelter value? It wouldn't be perfect, since you can have partial shelter without a roof, but it would still help. Maybe. Just a thought I had while discussing the mod with some friends. It is better than rain inside a structure or a cave IMHO. I can live without my character getting wet when swimming or out of doors. That is common in many of the games I play. But the rain always stops when you're actually inside a building, cave, etc.

I've been over this argument. If Funcom fixes it correctly that's fantastic. However this patch is not a fix, just a dryness on the surface of things. Even without this, you don't get slick swimming, so yes, a real fix would be harder.

@DarkHawk is not fixed tho. You should get wet on rain when outside, this is a small "fix" only.

I really like how my armor looks when wet, and the outside of my base.

I use 2 other mods Conan coord's (for the smaller grid pattern) and lts compas for obvious reasons. It would be great to see similar in StraysFixes to replace both the above.
