the morality effects are likely the suspect, if they are working and this is not, its likely a confliction but ill double check which package is used once i get a chance @CGUAY7 :jackofblades:

I followed all the steps and still cant get it to work, the only other mods i have are to stop ageing, scars and morality effects, would that be clashing with this mod?

Would I still be able to use different armors with this? And will my character still change physically when i level up?

its a single download so subscribe to the game then resync your cache launch normal close it then run modded and LOAD a save
