It would appear that any time you load a save it runs the SPP making it so world props are unclaimed unless you interact with them, the problem with that is that when you try and clean up your own props or other people's props using the SPP menu it deletes these props as well, this especially noticable in the gmod desert bus map where the floor is a prop in of itself, thus making it significantly easy to ruin the map.

It appears as it's working fine now, map props now belonging to the world. I'm not sure what caused them to be disowned earlier. Sorry for not finding more details

Is it possible to have un-owned props to be assigned to the World for an owner? For example, props that spawn included with a map.

Say there is an operator on my server. An operator is one tier under admin. Could I make it so that the operator can touch everything but admins props, but admins can touch operators things?
