This has been my absolute favorite bespoke ship chassis since the first time I saw it over six years ago. And here I am, coming back to Space Engineers again after five years, and the first thing I do it make sure I am still subscribed to this model. I may build numerous other creations of my own, but a Rutile will always be docked in my ship hanger somewhere. Nothing has captured my heart quite like the Rutile has.

It's more than just another bland death-dorito uploaded to the workshop. It's like a Gordian Knot death-dorito fucked an Apple store! It evokes harsh beauty, style, class, elegance, futurism, and danger all in one. Beautiful, just beautiful.

It is a bit late coming from me, seeing as this was published in 2018, but bravo good sir, and take my points. Bravo.

Hello, i would like to ask if it is okay to use your ship and rebuild it as a private yacht but keep the exterior mostly the same. Once finished i will upload it in steam and give credits to you for the base design.

Best looking Ship ever

With the new addition of warfare, this ships armor design is extremely effective. Built it on a keen server and its bouncing artillery and railgun shells all over the place!
Gunna remake it as the Militia variant for the heavier armor but the ship does not dissapoint.

Your Acorn, Rutile and Badhbh ship don't seem to work for me in survival mode, only in creative? I tested all their variants. The rest of your ships for perfectly fine. Can I do something about this myself?

I disagree, I've played with this ship quite a lot, it works just fine.Playing solo in survival with Realistic settings, the amount of production machinery and their location on the ship is just fine. You can access everything through the Small Cargo Container right by the front door. There is indeed a connector on the bottom of the ship, also right by the front door.

I see what you mean.

The reason why there's only one set of production and without any module is on purpose.
The ship is meant to only have "minimum" ore processing capability without rendering it unable to land and leave the planet surface.
You can't have it excel at everything while trying to achieve everything.

The connector is at the belly of the ship.

@AlloyCat All production! Refineries and Assembler without additional models, and are protected in armor and there are only one of them, for such a ship you need at least two. Many unnecessary conveyors. Connector I did not find, how to load ore?
As I said, the ship is beautiful, but incomplete, its use is not thought out.

Yes, a beautiful but not thought out ship, many blocks are not delivered correctly, and not where they should be. Completely useless ship.

AlloyCat - just thought you should know we are using this in our hardcore survival map. We're trying to keep it alive vs. Corruption PvE mod and have done some uh... "field mods" to keep it alive better. It's been our SE group's favorite so far.

@AlloyCat I have turned your magnificent cruise ship into a fighter/cruise now with a 4 stage airlock and many many turrets. I also repainted the entire thing. :) Just shows how much it can be changed without damaging it
