Lord knows, the kbts (at least for mp3) is also in the soundcache, so lowering it for compression is not a viable option.
I could make as few addons as needed by just compiling files, but it will be several gigabites anyways.

This mod works. You saw it work in the video, you just either have it disabled, have another mod overwriting it or you downloaded it while the game is running, so it didn't install.
I even downloaded to check again. All is in order.
That's just what you get for editing every single voice line.
One of them is a image. You cannot unpack images.
Unpack the one with the vpk ending.
