mod stopped working and since it's been 2 years i assume the mod author abandoned this mod. its a shame so many mod authors are quitting modding due to the state of stellaris and how much paradox fucks everthing

Yeah, like the others have said this needs an update, the added decoration of the eye candy galaxies no longer appear and I have tried with and without the use of other cosmetic mods

As of 2.7, this and the other astronomical objects mods do not work. I have noticed that when I open the ship builder it still shows like normal (except that its spinning at 100 mph). Also, when I tell any ship to move to a new system the graphics show up but they are horribly disfigured and the colors are way off.

This actually kept working throughout all the patches up until now. Sadly the 2.7 patch is what finally did what all the others before it couldn't. It caused it to stop working. Please update this

Is this compatible with Giga structures because they add a system in the middle of the galaxy

soo i may have goofed, and i'm trying to fix things now, i mad a merge mod of several of the sub mods and uploaded it for others convience, with Credit and links back to the orginals of course, but i don't think i ever actually asked for permission, so i'm doing that now....and apologizing....I'm soo sorry

I agree this Mod works without any Problems on the actual Game-Version (2.3.2). :)
So you can ignore the Warnings from the Modmanager. :)

That was an issue before it was outdated, it's even in the description. It still means it should be
updated to fix that, but it works the same as for 2.1.

Would it be possible for an immersive galaxy mod that makes the accretion disks around black holes more colorful, like in all the pictures we've seen? The grey dust around current black holes is kinda lackluster.

It goes away if you press on any of the left outliner buttons, and then re-apears if you close it. It needs an update.

This mod still works, I am using it right now on 2.3. I don't know why people are going nuts in the comments lol.

@Argacyan What I meant to say was the Authors of said mods got fed up with Paradox's worship of the Almighty Dollar! They didn't want to deal with the constant updates and DLC releases wrecking their mods. Obviously means they're ENTITLED BRATS!

What happened that majority of good mods lost support after 2.0-2.1? Did some other game come out and people don't care about Stellaris any longer? Need Update!

A version of earth set in the 2200's would be very fitting as well. North korea lit up much more, much of Africas interior completely electrified, etc.

I'm thinking of trying to make a version of this without most of the satellite galaxies and lowering the resolution on some things, mostly for personal use between me and friends. Could I get permission to do this and would it be as simple as deleting a few files and converting images to lower resolutions? Or am I gonna need to learn' a bit more about modding? (not that I'm shy of that)

I m literrally scared of the endlessness of Space, It took me a while to play stellaris more than an hour, now that i'm getting used to it, trying this could be enjoyable but a bit too real and stressful for me :$

Nothing changed at all, I run with only Immersive Galaxy mods.

I don't see anything, no extra galaxies, I'm running Real Space. I have the quadrants though

I would like to support what Alpharius mentioned: make these places we can visit! There is another mod already adding extragalactic clusters, so in principle I think the mod can be expanded, by placing a cluster on top of the skybox at the right place.
