You can build the missing wheels if you place the suspension before any of the blocks surrounding it. This is a common problem affecting a ton of rover designs.

@Sanktuarium survival ready as in its got all the required blocks to be usable in survival. I have no control over if its buildable in survival because keen changes shit messing up builds.
