@Tinky Winky, check the github version I suppose, you need to copy the folders into your addons folder and it'll work.

One of my friends claims he can't walk in GMod either. Something wonky with his keyboard or something. You can make the bike drive down a street by itself by ejecting while holding alt; effectively enabling a cruse control (your settings will need to state that the bike doesn't automatically power on or off).

I should clarify that the alt key is the default walking key, if your walking key is different then use the one you configured.
