Is this because of the weird interactions? I did combine them, and made these observations:
Slow + Broken = No interaction, Hat Kid goes slow, everything else goes fast. Exactly what you'd expect.
Warped + Broken = The time multiplier seems to now be half based on Hat Kid's speed and half randomness.
Warped + Slow = The speed multiplier from Hat Kid's movement seems to also get applied to Hat Kid. This is most noticeable if you jump on a bouncy umbrella, you go up super fast, then slow down at the top like some kind of movie action sequence, then you fall super fast.
All 3 at once: Time multiplier is half Hat Kid's speed and half randomness, and gets applied to Hat Kid. Makes the game pretty much unplayable.

It's stupid funny on Train Rush, though.
