You can ignore those messages about "unknown part module", they are caused by a flight control mod (MechJeb) that modifies vanilla parts before I realize it. You can use them normally without that mod. I may fix those craft sometime later.

You mean a small one, like the Curiosity? Yeah will have a try.

I usually do surface exploration with hopping landers, have no patience to drive a rover around, but smaller rovers can stay on the surface which is good for future science transmissions.

Ah actually I DO NOT want to put in any mods that changes gameplay of stock game. I thought that mod was purely for visual purpose and won't influence stock parts at all, but I was wrong, so I have to fix all those polluted parts...When you have the time to check them in game, could you please leave a feedback here so that I can confirm whether it's properly fixed or not? Thanks in advance!!

I just completely removed the mod Kopernicus and PlanetShine, now the solar panels seem to be OK but radiators won't rotate anymore. Not sure what the problem is. That's why I want to use as few mods as possible.

I think I fixed it on the "Friede", could you please check it again? If it works I'll do the same for all affected crafts

That's my greatest fear...looks like that visual enhancement mod (Kopernicus) does affect the stock solar panels. I may have to remove the mod and redo all my crafts with extendable panels.

Can you still load the craft with broken solar panels, or you can't load the craft at all?
