I know its been a while since this was even made, developer of SF2 Modified here, since some servers use this map for real, is it possible that I can update this map to fix all of the bugs and exploits associated with it and tweak the map quite a bit to make it feel like an actual SF2 map? If its possible that is. If I'm not allowed to update this map or anything similar happens, thats fine.

This map needs a server plugin to work properly, you're better off finding a server that hosts in their rotation. But if you just want to run around, follow the description's instructions. Or play the Gmod port for that.

I think that was a nav square too far into the exit wall that gets blocked, therefore the AI believes the hallway is blocked too.

there is a section in the hall on the far right where bosses just go the other way to the hall. did you know about this bug?

It could be a bug with the notebook model. I'm also unsure as to the cause, the best you can do is explore a room entirely so that the notebook appears.

It seems like the notebooks just appear out of nowhere, as when I go into a room, they seem to not appear, but when I come closer they appear.

I guess it happens when you get all notebooks.

I can see your point, the screenshots don't do the gameplay much good. I played it with other people and they really enjoyed the new mechanics like the interactive doors and finale mode. I think slender fans would like it for gameplay.

I have not, don't plan to either. Just saying this does not appear like a Slender map.

Yeah, Slender maps. This seems to be the kind of map that maybe used in a trade server or some kind of RP server.

Have you talked to her? She acts excited about new slender maps, I would like to know what made her turn my map away.

Well best you can do then would be to ask a Slender server admin to host the map. Glubbable's servers would be a good start.

Servers don't have to be online. I use Sourcemod offline and it's pretty much like installing a map for personal use. Local servers are what are called when you load up a map in single player like against bots.

Thanks for your helpful feedback, I know what should be changed in a new update now.

However, there are positives here.

The map is nicely detailed, I also like how the doors open and close and how the escape works, where you must find the correct exit, there's 4 possible exits, but there's only 1 real exit, and it changes every round.

All in all, the map is good for a first Slender map, especially the mechanics. The flaws should be easy to fix, and I would recommend making the map darker, so the flashlight would have some purpose in the map.

It would be cool to see more Slender Fortress maps from you, Shelby, as there's not many Slender Fortress maps out there.

...But I still hate Baldi's Basics regardless. It's very cringey.
