Skulls like Lovantine and Karandir are similarly indefinitely useful yet have a maximum level drop for some reason.

@ Ings (author): Allow Skull of Limony to drop indefinitely regardless of how high the level goes.
5% All Damage Reduction is something that becomes inaccessible late game.
