am hawing isuse white unearthed arcana and this mod where some areas don't level scaill and the boss in the first dungeon is the Wraith Lord and not the Fallen Guardian can that be fixst ?

Yes it makes the game easier. That wasnt neccesarelly my goal, I just wanted to tune some things that I fell could improve the game for me
