Could you replace the solid texture with an image of senators? Like in Rome 1?

Simple and nice and the most important no conflicts.

@.SpiKe
I used the Pack File Manager. The fact yours doesn't open the "db -> political_parties_tables" means that you haven't updated PFM to the latest PFM Schema. If you update it, you will be able to edit that table and others which were added over the last few patches (18, 19 and 20).
.SpiKe 24. maj 2019 kl. 15:48
What did you use to edit to files? I've tried Notepad, NP ++ and the word pad. Also PFM doesnt load the db political_parties_tables.

I am trying to change Parthia party color to their civil war color as I have switched them any help is greatly appreciated and thanks for the mod !

@Cyrius PT
Sorry for late response - yes, it is save game compatible. The blue / dark blue colour for Imperator Augustus campaign's Egyptian starting parties was my fault; I wanted starting parties to have totally different colours but assigned the wrong colour to the Greek Families party. I'll change that whenever I get the time to come back to this one.
Cyrius PT 9. jan. 2019 kl. 5:07
This is save game compatible? Because Cleopatra and the other Greek Families are almost the same color, dark Blue

Just so everyone knows, the mod works again - something weird happened with the Workshop last week, a lot of people's mods stopped downloading.

@Kronanblade
I don't think so, no - but I wish that were a thing.
Kronanblade 5. nov. 2018 kl. 20:16
is it possible when a party eventually rebels, the rebels are the color of that party. ( If house Julli rebels, the rebels will be red, or if House cornelli rebels, the rebels will be blue)
genioimp 2. nov. 2018 kl. 20:05
Thanks for the response.

@Achilles619
@impcaeaug
Yeah, I think this mod has been affected by the recent Workshop bug - it recently deleted a lot of workshop mods (setting them to "0MB"), making them unable to be downloaded. I just tried updating the mod with a backup version I had, but at the moment it doesn't seem to be working. I'll give it a few days, by that point I may need to re-upload.
Achilles619 2. nov. 2018 kl. 17:35
this mod disappeared from my mod menu too
genioimp 31. okt. 2018 kl. 16:40
For some reason, this mod disappeared from my mod menu....

great nice and good job...works OK...that's all...thx man...put a like 4U...
SerWind 25. aug. 2018 kl. 0:58
Makes so much mroe sense with Rome at least. I guess you can't do custom colors? Patricians might be better as purple, but gold seems so much more logical than blue. That always threw me for such a weird loop and I don't even know why.
Arni the Terminator 14. aug. 2018 kl. 0:38
As with your other mods; good idea - great execution. Thanks man
Potato Soup 13. aug. 2018 kl. 12:55

Bravo Benjin great mod bro i am gonna test it in a while pal. :)
Benjin  [ophavsmand] 10. aug. 2018 kl. 7:12
Just updated the mod to be compatible with Patch 20. I've changed some faction's party colours to be more readable (e.g. Rome, Massagetae, Armenia, Octavian's Rome, Lepidus' Rome, Pompey's Rome). New screenshots in the gallery demonstrate the changes (they're the ones with the wider menus due to the implementation of the Family Tree).
ivan_elvis 24. juli 2018 kl. 12:25
Tks Benji, is very usseful your mds
Ferrdo 24. juli 2018 kl. 12:20
Happy to provide feedback, thanks for the work you've put into this! Wouldn't play without this mod.
Benjin  [ophavsmand] 24. juli 2018 kl. 12:04
@FERRDO
Thanks, I'll review those ones as well.
Ferrdo 24. juli 2018 kl. 10:58
I had been thinking that the two Roman parties look very close. Honestly a white or even purple color for Papiria might be appropriate. The problem is just the readability of the party control map.

Also if you're going back to review readability, Octavian, Lepidus, and Aurelian might use some tweaks as well.
Benjin  [ophavsmand] 24. juli 2018 kl. 10:08
@ivan_elvis
They do have different colours, it's just hard to notice. For that reason alone I will change them for you.
ivan_elvis 24. juli 2018 kl. 10:04
Nice, but Julius party & Papirian party have the same colours, pls correct that, tks
Mad Cube {~w~} 1. juli 2018 kl. 2:48
Thanks Benjin,it works now!I'm subscribed to the AAA aging generals and environments mod,all diplomatic options submod and environmental mods(Improved environments and rivers of blood but I doubt they affect anything).Good job,nice mod!
Spindel 1. juli 2018 kl. 1:20
@Jorvach and @Benjin But civil war armies since political power updates do spawn with different colours just not always but I have seen a purple army of macedonian noble rebels for example before not sure what caused that and if that was just lucky for me but I was using DEI only at the time. I like the simple change you made makes it easier to Roleplay the game sometihng I enjoy doing so ty
Marcus Aurelius Augustus 30. juni 2018 kl. 6:58
@Jorvach damn... if that would be possible... imagine the epicness of it! :O i would love to see it happen, it gets boring not knowing how it works who is in which faction...
Benjin  [ophavsmand] 30. juni 2018 kl. 3:04
@Mad Cube
Thanks for the report - I tried starting it with DeI and it froze so I just made a quick fix for DeI and it now works. I don't know if that solved your issue since you said that it already worked with DeI on its own - what other mods are you using along with DeI?
AceOneShot 30. juni 2018 kl. 1:16
good
Mad Cube {~w~} 30. juni 2018 kl. 0:52
Yep,have checked thrice now,might want to put that in the description maybe?It always works with DEI but whenever I load this mod and DEI+Its submods it just is stuck at the loading screen
Mad Cube {~w~} 30. juni 2018 kl. 0:50
I don't think this is compatible with DEI and its submods,I can run the game without this enabled with those mods but when this runs I get start at the loading screen and windows says this is not responding
Herzog 29. juni 2018 kl. 6:10
Genius, I though about it a day ago and here it is, beautifully implemented. Great job, sir!
SummitBear 28. juni 2018 kl. 8:19
Really sweet
Jorvach 27. juni 2018 kl. 12:38
A shame, indeed.
Righto, thanks for telling me! ^.^
Benjin  [ophavsmand] 27. juni 2018 kl. 12:36
@Jorvach
Unfortunately no - that's not possible to do. The mod is just for the campaign user interface (politics menu, coloured border around the general's 3D avatar etc).

Although I do admit, having armies change a colour or two based on what political party they're being lead by would have been an awesome feature, it's too bad CA didn't implement that.
Jorvach 27. juni 2018 kl. 12:33
Does this affect the battlefield too? As in: If I play Barcids I'll get different colours on my uniforms than if I play Magonids? (Expecting a no, but my modding skills are very basic, so you probably know something I don't :P )
