@WalrusBehindYou: Because the theme of the map is set to "tropical" and the Map Theme is temperate, they don't match. I just realized this. You can use the Environment Changer (+ Improved Theme Selection ) Mod (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=611254368) , it let just select any theme for any maps, even on savedgames.

The Australian Coast HD map theme doesn't work for some reason.

u should really unsub from "New Roads for NeExt2". this mod is outdated and known for destroying saves or causing no zoning bug.

Very beautiful map, I'm really nervous about subscribing with all the issues with Network Extension 2, New Roads for Network Extension 2; I have both of those, I don't have Traffic++. Can this map be updated to not clash with those mods?

Try this steps, they are directly copied from Next2 description:
1. Unsubscribe from mods called 'New Roads For Network Extensions 2', 'Traffic++' and 'Network Extensions V1' (they are unsupported mods)
2. Unsubscribe from this mod;
3. Delete the folder '812125426', '626024868', and '478820060' (if they exist).;
4. Subscribe to NExt2 again;
5. Verify game cache via steam;
6. Fire up CSL and activate the mod in content manager.

For me, Next2 mod just works fine.

I am not using that and it is network 2, if i unsubscribe other maps are fine.

Unsubscribe and it should work again. but be carefull, this may break save games.

Nice map but because of the problems with Network extensions 2 yopu cant zone and if you disable it you have no intersections .... shame
