The weapons sound like they are ripped from youtube weapon shooting videos.
The aftersound for those weapons is almost nonexistant, weapons dont sound like they should (the revolver sounds like an ordinary pistol).
Some of the reloads sound wayy too metallic and like they are still in their native 22050Hz rate.

I'm open to criticism, though this upload has been around a while and many people tell me they sound a bit wierd. It's nothing new, but changing it is kind of a pain considering all my sound assets are gone now. I'd probably just upload a brand new one in it's place if I wanted to change this one.

Just watched the only working video and, I'm am sorry but, the sound effects (to my ears) are just horrible. It is just a compilation of some sounds that can be used in cinimatic (filming and not in games), can be awfully tinny and inconsistant in audio quality or can just be sound effects that don't fit with the weapon at all, in my head. I'm sorry, again.

I have an question, will this addon in any circunstance override any weapon addons? Or it's just scripted to work with HL2 weapons?

Try installing the one from gamebanana. It should fix the issues.
This mod only replaces the half-life weapons, so I wouldn't know about what would conflict.

I don't know if it's this mod that is causing it but there's problems with other gun addon sounds. Since I downloaded this mod it's been just quiet with other guns. Help?

This is a awesome mod and the only things i would change is the AR2 enery pellet fire sound and the tool gun sound. everything else is amazong:steamhappy:

@[SD] Fb||BonnieBoy I don't think that is caused by this mod. I've heard reports of that, but this mod simply cannot be the case. If you play with these mods on servers, it may cause static noice to play due to sv_pure 1 rules on most public servers. But they won't crash the game.

Try checking any mods you have that edit the AR2. There may be a file confliction if the AR2 has sounds of it's own causing the crash. Even if they are disabled, they can still cause them.

@Hardundead, that appears to be the normal hud. But the other video wasn't done by me. The first video was, where the hud can be found in the desc.

I would really appreciate if you changed the AR2 sound, all the other sounds are okay and the shotgun is great but the AR2 sound is very low quality compared to the rest. I don't just mean it sounds out of place, but it sounds actually lower quality.

It also sounds very out of place for the gun, it would be cool if you could change it

@LapisLupis I seem to be running into walls trying to get this to work, so I'll hopefully have it up by tomarrow. If you don't see it then, that means I am busy or my attempts to use the gmad.exe software prooved to be futile.
