The sad thing is, monthly spy gain is not correctly implemented to work so unless you build 5 spy univeristies, you won't get spies

if you still support that mod even since la resistnace is out, the Mod adds 2 german shepperds over the UI when used in conjoncttion with blackice and we cant click on or see a few things. thanks
