Download a mod called clean soldier generation to stop it from appearing on new soldiers. Though my issue is something in the code or something I don't know is making my pc lag horribly with this mod, especially when I click on them to customize. Happens during customization, happens when I click onto the soldier (with full chaos marine outfit equipped) it's like killing my framerate mod doesn't seem to be optimized properly.

it's a good mod buuuuuuuuuuuuut it stops working once you upgrade your armor to plate and power and only shows on kevlar armor kinda disappointed

I know this mod will never be updated again, but I want to thank the creators for giving us the time, effort, and the skill they used to make this mod. Thank you and everyone that has ever contributed to making Warhammer mods.

So if anyone still looks for a way to make weapons on dreadnought invisible just download WSR Weapon Skin Replacer(configuration), enter weaponskinreplacer.ini and use following command at the bottom of the file:

+WEAPON_REPLACEMENT=(ACCEPTOR_TEMPLATE=SPARKRIFLE_CV, REPLACEMENT_MESH="WSR.InVisibleWeaponMesh", HIDE_ACCEPTOR_ATTACHMENTS=true)
+DEFAULT_ATTACHMENT=(TEMPLATE=SPARKRIFLE_CV, REMOVE_ORIGINAL=true)

I couldn't find them at first either until I realized it's not made to work alongside the 40k armor mod, they don't show up if the character has the armor from that mod equipped. This just works like most other cosmetic mods. You can still use these cosmetics with the other mod's armor if you use another mod like the uniform mod to overwrite the 40k armor's cosmetics.

Ok, so it only works for standard armor, but the heads work on tier 2 and 3. Can you optimize it?

I tried to make a Hellbrute but the parts for sparks are not there. I only have Powered 1, 2. is there a mod to fix this?

No prob was just wondering if it could be done because amps aren't guns and it just seems like one of those mods that if it could be done someone would have done it by know, but a quick search turns up nada.

@Raff yeah i know just dont sub to unrestricted just to armor normalized, it work in my game. The only thing is that it messed your appearance when you upgrade but you can all custumized them back after the upgrade.

Do you plan to do the same as the space marines mods and add your wonderful cosmetics to the armor slots ? Anyway what a time to play xcom again with all thoses great mods, really like your work
