I think the jacket is from the heists update, so /update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpheist_streamedpeds.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_male_heist/jbib_008_u.ydd

The texture for the shirt would be jbib_diff_008_d_uni.ytd in the same folder.

Base game models for MP characters are under /x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_mp.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01/

Last gen update files would be under /x64w.rpf/dlcpacks/

Current gen update files are under \update\x64\dlcpacks\

It is tedious to find where an item is, especially when it comes to tattoos, but its easier to know where a clothing item would be if you know what update it came from. So for example I know that your jacket is from heists, so I could find the jacket quickly.

Question, is there a better way to find the models? I've been looking for almost an hour and I gave up trying to open them one by one. Use Ninjaripper and OpenIV, Ninjaripper for accurate face models and OpenIV for everything else. There are tutorials on how to extract from OpenIV, how to rip with Ninjaripper, and how to import both into 3ds max/blender
