thanks for the hardwork put into modding you do awesome work. love that I need tech for these. makes for a reason to race to research them now they are not in the middle. Choices, so many options now!

I took the medical center and created it so it could be built wherever you have room instead of just in center. I am going to work through some of the other buildings and make them that way also. I like being able to use all the buildings.
