uninstall shared parts, close gmod, make sure the gma is deleted in the addons folder, boot up gmod and reinstall

Some of these sights might need some reworking or need to be checked to work with certain TFA weapons: They work fine but sometimes they are positioned to the left or right instead of being properly parallel with the guns that are meant to use them.
