One of my favourite trains I'll miss hopefully some will get restored.

@mfurseman no, I started but then I had to study for school exams and it was taking too much of my time to continue. By the time exam season was over someone had already created a new model

@TheLegend27 Did you make new models in the end? I had not realised how popular they would be when I made the HST for Train Fever. I set out to model the Class 43 in detail, and was quite bored by the time it came to texturing and didn't put much effort into the mapping.

Does anyone else have a problem where you can only use the GNER version? The Intercity that's first unlocked doesn't seen to show up in game.

Oh, i was working on a fix to that and many more fetures, but all my files for the mod were lost and i dont have the time to recreate them

Yes, I later realised that, But in the depot and on the 'New vehicles are available' screen, they have no name and are just small blue boxes

They are set to the dates that the livery was first applied to the train, hope this helps

The original Class 43 doesn't become available in 1975 after installing this mod. I fixed it by renaming all files in 'res/config/multiple_unit', so that the file numbers start on 3 instead of 1, keeping the original mod configuration from being overwritten.

While I was messing with the files I adjusted the original wagon capacity to be the same as yours.

Azmicomico: yes it will, the reason that gwr's livery is not here is because I was planning on waiting until I had the other two liveries from that area done before i relesed it but i saw how much people wanted and relesed it anyway

Dark Centurion: yeah I know it's bad but it will be fixed when I have finnished my own better quality models which could be as soon as a week away

No problem. I got another error when I moved that folder back into models anyway, referencing the original mod's material file, so even with groups in the right place it looks like it won't work without the original file. Just tested it with the original and it works fine.

(I did initially think it was a dependency thing, but got confused since the folder was there, just in the wrong place. Great mod, by the way!)

You need to have the origial class 43 mod to work, with that enabled first. That file isn't supposted to be there. Its like that so that the original creator of the mod is still getting the subsribers that i would of stole otherwise. Hope this helps

Hi, when trying to spawn the GNER version of this train, the game CTD'ed with the error saying "res/models/group/vehicle/train/class_43_lod_0_bogie.grp" file does not exist. I did some checking and it looks like the group folder is outside the models folder and just sitting in the res directory (which means it would probably effect every mod in this pack), if I'm reading the error and the code right. Is this correct, or am I missing something?

the nose of the train is off a little too much sloop XD

to get to the texture go to your steam root then steamapps\workshop\content\446800\799837334\res\textures\models\vehicle\train\class_43 and that the textures for the loco, the mark 3 coaches are in vehicle\wagon\br_mk3.
