@Matchlock Samurai I recommend using the realistic population mod. It lets you set the number of households per residential building. I think most default game low residential homes have 5 households. I'd change it to that or if you want to go higher you could make it 10. Just be ready for a lot of car spam (Unless you use TM:PE with its realistic parking on)

Hi, I really like their look but there is one problem in particular.
The number of households is very low, so despite them occupying quite a large space, they don't have "room" for many cims.
This makes it so you can sprawl large cities without a lot of people, thus giving the impression the city is much larger than it actually is.
The issue is that if you want to place these manually (as you need to do because some of them have issues with spawning/growing), it takes a looooooong time to place them all manually. After placing like 200 of these in two big blocks for my city I noticed the population only went up to like 1000, which is nothing...

@NewMasterChoco head to Content Manager and add a style undeer the Style tab. Head to Asset, find these beauties and add them to the style you created. Head to game, zone a District over the area you want to use these assets. Set the style of the District to the one you created.

I think it would be cool if we can have residential areas with no car access, you know what I mean? a series of houses connected by concrete walk roads and alley ways which are then connected to side walks of bigger traffic roads. These houses will fit with that style perfectly.

@manualrestart @ Ronyx69 the wharehouses do it too, but they both will show up in game with no problem. Also I think you can tweak them a touch to get them to grow denser, i'd have to look in the editor
