I wish someone would make the Original Reichstag, with the square dome from 1870s up to it's destruction, the Imperial design is a lot more aesthetically pleasing.

If you're plopping the full props version, the front ramp will go over the road. I can still plop it but if you're having trouble, just turn on anarchy.

it's big and has sub-buildings, you need a long flat road. If the vanilla game is being mean just grab an anarchy mod

ok thx for the info. i can only guess that for some reason the game is trying to generate LODs for the rotor-shader (glass) parts. It's hard to believe that it would be possible after the .crp is already finished, but who knows what may have changed w parklife. I haven't been able to recreate this issue in my tests. Would you like to upload your savegame somewhere?

the reichstag is in the upper right facing upish, and the glitch thing is lower left, only thing I did was remove the ramp with porp it up

I can't tell which way it's oriented in relation to the asset. I tried to recreate the problem but mine behaved as expected. Are you using that mod?

Thinking about it more, it looks like the kind of terrible LODs that the game generates. Is it just in that one spot? Where is that in relation to where you plopped the asset?

ok I had an odd issue, when this building was placed an odd assortment of window looking props spawned on the map, and only went away when the whole building was deleted

@Sir Ludicrous the building itself is called "Reichstag" or "Reichstagsgebäude". "Bundestag" is the name of the parliament that is "working" inside it.
@AmiPolizeiFunk Thank you for another great asset. How long will it take you to complete Berlin? ;D

it's known as the "Reichstagsgebäude" -- I've never heard it called anything else by Berliners or by foreigners. The "Bundestag" includes many other buildings, like the Paul-Löbe-Haus, the Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus, and the Jakob-Kaiser-Haus (its immediate neighbors). https://www.bundestag.de/architektur

your memory is probably correct, it was probably redone or cleaned since you were there. look lower in that photo, you can see some awning tops that are a more traditional green patina copper color
