I don't know... I use it with more than 4000 asset, 72 mod in my map with 25 spaces(80k+ population) and everything is alright. I got 30-60 FPS.
Of course by high PC:(GTX 1070 8Gb GPU, i7 7700k CPU, 16Gb DDR4 RAM, SSD...)
Maybe the game hit the hardware limit of your PC by this asset.

My pc have high config i Tried to unsub All of your new assets and subbed One after one and tried to run it it worked fine until i subbed This asset everytime i tried to open Cities Skylines it said Cities Skylines has stopped working You still makes good assets

It works perfectly. But IMPORTANT:
Not recommended for a Pc with low config!!!
Depending on the graphical performance of a computer the speed may decrease!!
